IHM Used Parts does not like having a “legal information” page and policies, but we must have this to protect our self from the 0.001% of the population who will not do the right thing.
Our goal is to treat everyone fairly including customers, vendors, and team members. This page helps to determine the definition of fair.
IHM Used Parts allows returns within 30 days of purchase.
Once a return authorization is created, product must be returned to IHM within seven days. If the product is not returned within this time frame, the product cannot be returned.
If a product is not good, IHM will pay for return shipping. If product is good and customer changed his mind, customer is responsible for shipping. Fit and functionality of product will be determined once product is returned.
Product must be returned before a credit or refund will be issued.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Warrantied products must be returned to IHM within seven days of return authorization. If the product is not returned within this time frame, the product cannot be returned.
If a product is a warranty issue, IHM Used Parts may at their discretion ship another product to help the customer’s downtime rather than waiting for return of the warrantied product before shipping a warranty replacement product. An invoice will be created as a placeholder in the accounting system, but IHM may not require payment before shipping warranty replacement product to help with customer’s cash flow.
If customer does not return original product, customer will purchase warranty replacement product as well. This will happen seven days after customer receives the warranty replacement product.

If refund occurs on a credit card and IHM provided a good product, customer will be responsible for all credit card fees associated with original invoice and refund. This fee is 4% of each total transaction.
Customer has 30 days to return core product. If core is not returned in this time frame, customer will pay for core.
